Rita T. Allee
In 1971, Ms. Allee earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Houston, and then went on to graduate from Bates College of Law, University of Houston in 1974.
Ms. Allee opened the Law Office of Rita T. Allee, P.C., in 1978, specializing in family law, real estate law and probate law.
Ms. Allee has one daughter with her husband, who enjoys his career as a civil engineer here in Fairbanks.
Doris Callaway
Doris is the office Legal Administrator, and has been with the Law Office of Rita T. Allee, P.C., since 1995. Call our office and you will likely speak with Doris. Doris makes initial contact with our clients, and does an exceptional job of empathizing with our clients’ issues.
Doris has 26 years experience as a legal secretary, and is proud to be a lifelong Alaskan. She takes pride in her involvement with the Fairbanks Drama Association.
Bonnie J. Coghlan
Bonnie is a Legal Assistant with the Law Office of Rita T. Allee, P.C. In 1973 she earned her Bachelor Degree in Linguistics from the University of Alaska. Bonnie received her Law Degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1978.
Bonnie has been married for 30 years, and enjoys her five children and two grandchildren.
Laura Mundis
Laura is a Legal Assistant with the Law Office of Rita T. Allee, P.C. She is a 1995 Graduate of the University of Alaska where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies.
Laura brings with her 12 years experience as a litigation support legal assistant in all Alaska court venues, and has been with the Law Office of Rita T. Allee, P.C., since 2004. Laura is another active member of the Fairbanks Drama Association.
Terri-Lynn Coleman
Terri-Lynn has been serving clients as an associate attorney at the Law Office of Rita T. Allee, P.C., since 1997. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973, Juris Doctorate from Villanova University in 1979, and became a member of the Alaska Bar Association in 1980.
Terri-Lynn specializes in child support cases, military divorces and landlord/tenant law.
Terri-Lynn is an active member of the Crime Stoppers and Fairbanks Drama Association
Mary S. Spiers
Mary is currently serving as an associate attorney at the Law Office of Rita T. Allee, P.C. She earned her Bachelor of Music at Central Michigan University in 1976, and graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School in Michigan in 1988.
Mary specializes in child custody, divorce, domestic violence and landlord/tenant law.
A music theory major in college, Mary still enjoys composition and plays in the Fairbanks Community Band. She is married with three children.
