HISTORY

The Law Office of Rita T. Allee, P.C., was started on August 1, 1978, by Rita T. Allee. Ms. Allee was the Managing Attorney of the state’s then largest law firm in their Fairbanks office before she opened her own firm.

Ms. Allee left the firm to initiate her solo practice. She was a solo practitioner in Fairbanks between August 1, 1978, and November 1, 1997, when Terri-Lynn Coleman joined the office.

The firm has always had an emphasis on family law, real estate, contracts, business related issues, civil litigation, adoption, wills, probate and guardianship. The firm is currently developing a practice in senior law.
